Easy Booking

Please following the steps below to make an appointment.

Choose GP/Specialist

Please choose the GP or specialist you are booking with from the drop box at first. The booking form then will show all available consultation type.

Choose consultation type

If you are booking with one of our GPs, for Medicare bulk bill patients, if you visited the GP you selected within the last 12 months then you can choose either Video Consultation or Phone Consultation. If not please choose Face to Face Consultation because you need to physically see this GP for the FIRST time. For Private Patients, you can choose any type of service you desire.

Choose the date and time

In next screen choose the date and time slot for the appointment.

An online consultation is a medical consultation with a GP that takes place over the internet via video or phone.

You can book an online GP consultation by visiting our website and clicking on the "Book an Appointment" button. You will be able to choose a date and time that works for you and select your preferred GP.

Many conditions can be treated in an online GP consultation, including cold and flu symptoms, skin conditions, allergies, mental health concerns, and more. However, there are some conditions that may require an in-person visit.

Yes, our GPs can provide e-prescriptions for medications that can be picked up from your local pharmacy. If you are a Medicare patient, we can send your prescription via SMS to your mobile phone.

You can pay for your online GP consultation using a credit card. We also accept payment through Medicare card or DVA card.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Our GPs speak a variety of languages. You can find out which languages each GP speaks by visiting their profile page on our website.

Yes, you can choose your preferred GP when booking your appointment on our website.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 000 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Online GP consultations are not appropriate for medical emergencies.
